Writing for a World on Edge – The More Than Human Poetry Project

A fern fiddlehead

Writers give to and feed on the moments in which they create. Our moment is on edge, with multiple pressures impacting globally not just on ourselves but on our home… How can writers give to and feed on a moment that has helped to cause such damage? In this session, poems will be read. Processes and hopes will be discussed. And the experience of writing amid the Anthropocene will be shared.

This session will include readings and conversation with Pete Hay, Anne Kellas, Andrea Hay, Alex McKeown, Jan Colville, Anne Collins and Adrienne Eberhard, hosted by Kristen Lang. Click here for more on the participants in The More Than Human Poetry Project.
